Red and white for Canada day!

There's a couple things to be excited about in this post:

1. For once I'm way early on a blog post!
2. Canada Day is coming up!

Everyone loves Canada Day weekend. It's a long weekend spent enjoying good weather (if we're lucky), and being surrounded by family and friends having a good time. I particularly love Canada Day now because my daughter was born on this special day. So we have a wonderful reason to celebrate and she gets fireworks on her birthday every year.

Easter Dresses

Easter is only a few weeks away and I am so excited! A few reasons being:

1. Addison is older and I think she's really going to enjoy having an easter egg hunt this year

2. Easter = Spring = Warmer weather

3. It's a good excuse to wear a spring dress!

I'm a girly girl and I love wearing dresses. As you can probably tell I love pastel colours, frills and florals. I also like trendy, cute and affordable dresses. Which is why I love Forever 21 and Topshop. I've found (and linked) some of their prettiest spring dresses below.

One piece swimwear

Hi All!

Let me start off by saying, I know summer is half way through, but it took me a while to figure out how to blog again. I've had this post saved as a draft for weeks now. But anyway,  I finally have it finished!

So let's continue on with the post...

Bikini weather is upon us! Yayy! And we have a new pool! Yay!

But for me, this year I'm all about the one piece swimsuits.

After having Addison my body, specifically my stomach,  is no where near what it used to be. I just haven't worked out like I used to before having her (5 days a week). Going for walks with her a few days a week is now my cardio. I'm back to my pre-baby weight but I just need to work on toning up. Which I will do...eventually!

Anyways, I figured I'd do a post sharing some of the cutest one pieces I've found.  Because it did take me a while to find some that were cute and pretty and not overly sexy, because I am a mom now.. Ha!

My favourite jeans

 This post if for my fellow petite girls. It's taken me a long time, but I have finally found the best skinny jeans. TopShop has a petite line for women that are 5'3" and under. The jeans I'm talking about is the Petite Moto Leigh Jeans.

YESSSS! Finally!

I first bought this black pair, and fell in love immediately. They are the perfect length (no need for hemming), and they're almost a stretchy material which is amazing when it comes to  skinny jeans. For those days when you eat far too much for your little body to handle. You get where I'm coming from?

Anyways, the next week I bought the ripped pair and the grey.  There's a bunch of other styles too you can find online. There's a lovely dark denim pair I want, but they sell like hot cakes, so I check back frequently.
