My new mission: to complete the Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30


Week 1-I'm not going to lie, it's a pretty intense workout. Of course I expected that from Jillian Michaels. Just when you're ready to cool down near the end, she makes the workouts more intense. I'm a little scared of week 2-I've been reading reviews from MEN saying how hard it is. But I'll give it a try and let you know if I survive.
