Fitness Post!

Summer is on it's way! I thought I'd share a couple of my favorite websites that I use to work out. If you're like me, and get bored easily with doing the same workout and need to change it up once in a while, then try these.

Karina & Katrina have really fun workouts and post something new every week. They also have really good recipes for healthy snacks and cocktails!

I love yoga. I find when I do it on a daily basis, it really tones me up, while still being slender. As cheesy as it sounds, it really does help mentally when I'm stressed too. Tara Stiles is my absolute favorite. Even if you're a beginnger to yoga, she's so easy to follow.
